I don't think there's anything that can be done to hurt this site. It so closely fits the template of the affiliate spam format for the season (and we're seeing literally thousands of these sites -- just look at the checklist.
Adsense ads, the in thing for affiliate spam redecorating this season: check. Promotional "you can do <whatever> yourself" doorway article for good keyword packing covering all the inflectional variations of keywords, check. Cliche-filled "informational" articles that are nothing more than vapid belaboring of the bleeding obvious ("a bathroom needs a place to store towels and soap"? who'da thunk it? I figgered so long as there was room for a Sears catalog ...what's the world coming to?): check. Lists of places and things to BUY, BUY, BUY: check. Absolute lack of any attribution lending personal voice or authoritativeness: check, and CHECK. And, yes, lest we forget -- at least two different blind lead gathering techniques: check and check.
Almost a perfect score in the "opaque compact size spam doorway" category.
This is the kind of site, if you find any IN the ODP, please report them to us immediately. And if you find any OUTSIDE the ODP, then please help us keep them there.
