I have submitted essayswap.com to DMOZ on several (well spaced) occasions and have (to my knowledge) not been listed.

In the past I have submitted to:
http://dmoz.org/Reference/Education/Products_and_Services/Academic_Papers/Fee_Based/

I most recently submitted the site to
Kids and Teens/School Time/English/ Writing/Essay

My site's content is original and new content (essays) are added daily.
I don't want to keep submitting if I am in the directory, but I can't for the life of me find the site. Please help.

It is waiting for review in the Reference category, ineligible for the Kids&Teens category.

It will not be actually added to the directory until an editor reviews it, and (as always) we don't know exactly when that would be.

If it hasn't been listed in six months, you may bump this thread for a new status report.

I took a quick look at one category. You've got a lot of essays there ... pity so many of them are the same one....

Sorry but I don't understand this comment.

Also, I submitted the site originally back in March or April of this year.

You could have submitted many times is the past, but the site was submitted less than a month ago. Multiple submissions will wipe out previous submissions and push you to the back of the line, should an editor process in date order.

That is why we ask in the posting guidelines for this forum http://resource-zone.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=396 ::>

Wait at least one month after you last (not first time) submitted your site to start a thread here asking about its status.

The comment about pity so many of them are the same one is because apart from other things, you have the same essays listed multiple times in the same category.

I was just checking back to inquire on the status of the site. I went to DMOZ and didn't see it there.

You are a little too early for another status update. You are required by the Posting Guidelines as hutcheson instructed to wait at least 6 months between status checks. Since your last update was Novemeber 8, 2004 you are next eligible to check on the status after May 8, 2005.

Come back to this thread sometime later than that and someone will be able to take a look for you.
