We list individual vacation rentals by location, so your site would only be placed in Regional/Europe/France/Regions/Aquitaine/Dordogne/Travel_and_Tourism/Lodging/Vacation_Rentals where, in fact, it's been listed since January of this year. Please do not keep re-submitting to the country level as the site will not be listed there and you take up editing time by doing so.
