In the date 03/12/04, and nothing has happend.

I'll answer this in general. If someone has submitted their site several times then it is quite possible that the most recently submitted one is the one that survives the duplicate deletions. These deletions occur as and when the submissions are come across and in no way is there a malicious deletion of the older submissions. So there could be a lesson in that.

Even if a site is at the top of a cat queue, it is possible that it doesn't get reviewed for some time. There is no way of knowing how long it will be before a site is reviewed.
