This site was submitted to Shopping: Home and Garden: Climate Control: Air Cleaners last June. Since then I have observed zero activity in this category.

Please advise me on what is going on. It is now the end of October.

Still waiting for review along with a moderate number of other sites. Do not resubmit your site as it will move it to the end of the queue for people who sort by date. The review process seems entirely arbitrary!

Surely there must be some rule which governs the review of a category after a maximum allowable waiting period?

I would like to know what the maximum allowable time is for my planning purposes. If it is 6 months, fine! If it is a year, also fine! I would just like to know!

Sorry but there is no rule to that effect. We are all volunteers here and no one can tell us how much we have to work. You will just have to be patient.

IMO, it is best to not try and plan around when your submission will be reviewed because there is absolutely no way you can ever know how long it will take. That is just the way it is.

To repeat, there is no maximum, how can there be, it's not like a paid listing company, where if you have more work than you can handle, you go hire new employees.

If no editor ever gets interested in Air Cleaners, it's going to take a long time. If someone just happens to come along and get exited, you might get listed next week. And that does happen, but you can't predict it.
