I don't see any evidence of your site in that category, or in http://Shopping/Jewelry/Supplies/Beads/C/ which would be the appropriate category for a business with that name -- or in a couple of other subcategories I checked. I also see no evidence that the submission was moved or deleted, so I'd guess it never got through.
