It doesn't matter. It's not a listable site.

The reason is that our site reviews need to be valid for "a reasonable time" -- hopefully months or years. A site may not be reviewed for months after it's submitted, and may not get picked up by our licensees until months after that.

In the meantime -- the flat will hopefully have been sold.

This is an example of a class of legitimate websites that the ODP simply cannot handle (because of its own internal limitations.) No one index can encompass all of reality....but I may be repeating myself.
