It's been declined because the root URL is already listed.

It's exceptional and at our choice to list individual subsections of a website. (If you choose not to link to a subsection, why would we want to?)

I know this is not the place for discussion, so forgive me in advance.
Our Futures site is not a subsection but a completely different site (more or less same design, though). URL might be confusing but both sites are in the same level (Futures one was created later).
