Thank you for the suggestion, but am I able to submit to more than one catagory? I would like to because I don't feel that the catagory it was placed into is the most appropiate for the site.

Many sites are eligible for a listing in a Topical as well as a Regional category.
(and you do have an address in Weston)

Yes, it's ok in this case to suggest to Regional in addition to the other category.
