Hi, I was wondering if there is any additional info on the status of http://jet-okinawa.com? Since the original submission, the site has expanded. Do I need to resubmit under the new name http://live-music-bar.jet-okinawa.com in the http://dmoz.org/Arts/Music/Clubs and Venues/Asia/ category?

No change in status. Since the deeplink is clearly reachable from the root, I wouldn't resubmit.
