I submitted my site to the ODP about 2 month in:

I can't see any trace of your suggestion in that category. Not waiting, not removed. Maybe you submitted somewhere else?

It seems you don't know much about the directory you are so desperate to get into, maybe read up a little.

No there is no fast way to get a review, and there is noone you can pay to make it happen quickly. both are contrary to the nature of the directory, which is free and on a volunteer basis.
