Thank you for your quick response. I do not understand, however, which site you are referring to as "supplier". I am not aware of any such site. Can you please be more specific? Thanks again for your help.

You were under the impression that this website was the sole online presence of the company that makes or purchases these medical supplies, sets the prices, and sells and ships them to customers?

You've been conned.

Please help me out here. I built this web site and have managed it for over a year now and do not understand how I may have been conned. All of the many web sites that are listed in the category - http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Health/Pharmacy/Online_Pharmacies/ - offer the same and/or similar online prescription services and supplies, but not a single site is affiliated to, or connected to my site - http://www.123ezmd.com. Please help clarify this situation for me. Thanks, Stan

Come on now Mr Sachs, you know full well what hutcheson is talking about. You've created enough of those mirror sites to know that the one you are asking about is not unique.

If you really don't know what hutcheson is talking about, then you have been conned and you should talk to your lawyer.

Just tell us _all_ the various URLs that you've submitted for this site, and we'll tell you which one was listed.

Or if your records aren't that complete -- some people don't write that stuff down -- just tell us the domain names you've registered for this site.

[Edited] With the history of this site and its submittals, it will be very difficult to show good faith on your part. Complete full disclosure in the first response is the only approach that has any chance of succeeding.

There are other similar sites that have been built for specific online marketing purposes, but www.123ezmd.com is the one and only web site that I am trying to get listed in your extremely important directory. Thanks,

Complete full disclosure in the first response is the only approach that has any chance of succeeding.

For the record, I do try to keep detailed records and my records show that I submitted 3 URLs at intervals ranging between 1 to 2 months, beginning in May, 2002. The problem that I did not know how to deal with was the lack of an editor in the primary category(ies) that I was submitting to. I apologize if I overstepped any submission boundaries, but, again, I am requesting inclusion into your directory for only one URL - www.123ezmd.com. The other 2 URLs that I submitted were:

http://www.impacthealthcare-md.com
http://www.123ezmd-phentermine.com

To my knowledge, neither of these 2 URLs are currently listed in your directory.

Please help!

We didn't ask for the list of URLs you've submitted, we can work that out for ourselves. When hutcheson says "complete full disclosure" he means all of the sites that you have registered to sell these products. That's all the ones you have submitted, and all of the ones you haven't, and all of the ones you have just bought, ready to roll out more stores on.

This is a lot of information that you're asking of me. I will need to consult with the web site proprietor (my client) before I could even begin to divulge the kind of information that you are requesting (most of which is readily available on the web to the astute researcher). All that I can offer at this time is the information that I have already given regarding my inclusion request. I feel that either the site is accepted on its own merits or it is not. Whatever your decision is, thank you very much for your time and consideration.

It's a shame you didn't feel that way earlier on. You could have saved all of us a lot of time and effort if you'd just accepted our decision and moved on. Instead you chose to waste our time trying to convince us that your site was something that it isn't.

And here I thought that good public relations was of value to you. You answered my questions and for that I am very appreciative. If people making honest inquiries about the status of their submissions is considered a waste of your time, I question the role that this forum plays or the role that you play in this forum.

People making honest inquiries about the status of their submissions are not a problem at all. In this particular forum you'll find hundreds of honest people asking, and being answered. It's when people start to be dishonest that time is wasted checking up on them. When someone pretends not to understand what they are being told even though they know full well what we are saying, that's when serious time starts to be wasted in checking and re-checking all of their sites to prove to them what they already know.
