This is more aeound 4 months since last updation. Site doesn't appear even now.

No thats just the time you have to wait to ask here, sites may get listed in much less time, or may take longer.

There is no way to predict how long it will take for any one site to be reviewed since all work is done by volunteers who work where they want to, when they want to.
