I would add, here, that the "(0)" suggests that sites don't normally belong there....

Rejected. It is the same site as http://www.e-classifiedad.com/ which you were told was rejected a short while ago. When you have copious quantities of ads - and for a national site that means an awful lot, try again, but not before. Just the one site though - suggesting mirrors can get all your sites permanently excluded.
