Hi, sorry its me again - I have read the FAQ's and done the quiz, but I still don't understand why you might have rejected my submission - as far as I know I only ever submitted my url to http://www.dmoz.org/Health/Medicine/Medical_Specialties/Anesthesiology/Associations/ apologies if I'm wrong, and if I did submit my site too often please forgive me - I'm very new to this and have updated the site several times.

I don't know who did it, but your site was also submitted to at least three other categories. However, keep in mind that banning a site because of spam does not occur often; many more sites are rejecting because they don't offer much relevant content.
