There have been multiple submissions. Duplicates were removed. I was able to find one remaining in http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Health/Beauty/Fragrances/Perfume/ where it now waits review.

Since each editor works according to his/her own schedule, it's impossible to say. Most editors could not even tell you themselves what sites are going to be reviewed next, or how much time they expect to spend editing.
