You in fact did receive an answer in http://resource-zone.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=26195 - that answer will not change.

If you read the forum FAQ, you will find we do not go into reasons, and editors are not obliged to answer any emails you may send asking about why it will not be listed. Our experience is that such discussions are not productive.

This isn't the same site, it's a different one. Or rather, it's different wallpaper on the same doorway.

This is a kind of site we don't list. It's not the wallpaper or the design. It's the lack of unique content. Please don't submit any such sites.

Actually is not the same site nor a doorway. It is actually a different site that relates our hotels that have an avantagarde style. Even though there are similarities in the sites and the structures are the same, it is really directed to a different kind of public. We actually have a special brochure for our avantgarde line.

You are entirely at liberty to organise your business and the way it's marketed as you see fit. We have no comment to make about that.

Similarly, as our submission guidelines make very clear, we reserve the right to list or not list anything we choose. We chose.
