No, you have to add significant amounts of truly unique content, then you can resubmit. This is not something that can be done overnight, but rather is a major effort. It may take weeks, months or years.

You should look at the unique content of sites alread listed in that category and onoly resubmit when (in terms of unique content) your site is better than the vase majority. Being better than the worst is not sufficient.

No, but you must wait at least 30 days from the date of your newest submission in order to ask again -- in this thread.
