According to our logs you only submitted the site 30/Jan/2004. According to the forum guidelines you need to waiti at least one month before you can get a status update. Pleae check back in early March. Thanks.

I've actually submitted the website four times over the last 16 months to no avail, so I thought I'd check here this time around to make sure it had been received.

We received the submission. There is no need for you to resubmit. Apparently your subsequent submissions overwrote the old ones - and we can only see the latest one.
