No, you do not need to resubmit. Regional listings are based on the actual location of your office. It appears that you have submitted to the only appropriate category in regional. However, I cannot give a status check for that area, so you will have to wait for that until an editor with that knowledge comes along to give you your status check.

Your site was listed in that category yesterday It can take a few days for the public servers to update, so you might not be able to see it in the category just yet, but it should be visible in the category within a week or so.
