As was noted in the other thread, your site is waiting for review in that category. It may take a while before the site is actually reviewed, though. You can come back to this thread in a calendar month or more (i.e. after August 23) to ask for the status of your submission again.

There are pages in the site on other language.
Is it possibile to submit to an other category (on other language) in DMOZ , or how to do it?

Site in more than one languages can also be submitted to the appropriate categories for the other languages. Go to World and have a good time looking for the appropriate categories.
