Did you submit to more than one category? The submission to the category you mentioned has been deleted beause the site was also waiting elsewhere for review.

Thanks for getting back with me :)

I feel like I just won something, lol.

I really don't remember submitting more then once... strange.... I was actually waiting to get my site just right before I submitted.

Was the current submission done in 2004? Maybe the person who owned my domain before me could have done it? I bought the domain (new from a 1&1 registrar) in 2004.

Can you tell me what cat it's in now?

Sorry, but searching where it is currently waiting would be very time consuming. The submission to the category you mentioned was rejected as a duplicate submission back in August 2004, but at least one submission should be waiting somewhere.
