It has already been over 7 months since I submitted the site. ( Feb 5,2004) Do I need to wait another 6 months?

The web site can be reviewed at any time - we just ask all submitters to wait 6 months betyween status requests. It is just a way of managing the volume of requests here, and has nothing to do with the review times.

I see no change in status since your last request. Sorry not to have better news. (I never knew Canaries were Finches. Learn something new every day.)
