Status of http://www.capaxis.com/nl/index.html

Please let me know the status of http://www.capaxis.com/nl/index.html, with regard to my demand for editing (change of company name from "Vertigo Belgium" to "Capaxis" and related description change) end of Jan. 2005, to http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_Amer...org/World/Nederlands/Zakelijk/Bouw/Aannemers/

If description poses any problem, please, if at all possible, keep description as it used to be for "Vertigo Belgium".

A small problem. The correct link for the category is http://dmoz.org/World/Nederlands/Zakelijk/Bouw/Aannemers/

I have seen the request myself and decided to let it wait for review.
Reason. We will not do an update request to change an url if we don't get absolute prove the request is correct (maybe you are not who you are telling us to be, it has happened before).
To give us prove change the old site in such a way we can see that it is being replaced. Either some redirect to the new url or atleast a message about the new location and a link to that new url.
Because of your comment I decided to keep the request in waiting, expecting to see some prove sone.

company name change

Thanks for that. Yes I have full comprehension for what you are saying.

I can do 3 things to give you (hopefully) enough proof that my request is genuine:

1. Give you this link http://www.vertigobelgium.com, which links to the old domainname/name of the company and where you will find a forward to the new website.

2. If necessary I can fax/send a copy of an offical notarial document stating/proving the change but than I will need either a fax number and/or postal address

3. give you a link to the offical "moniteur belge" website, which publicises the official and mandatory publications for companies, one of which is the publication of a name change. As our name change has officially gone through in January before a notary, it might already have been publicised in the official journal, but I'm not sure.

Proof of company name change

meanwhile I have done the research on the official publication site and have found that our name change has been published on the 7th Februari 2005.

You can find this information (unfortunately only in the 3 official belgian languages, Dutch, French and German) as follows:

- Go to their website: http://www.just.fgov.be/index_nl.htm
- Click under the titel "Belgisch Staatsblad" on the link "Rechtspersonen "VZW's, ondernemingen, verenigingen..."
- click on "Referentiedatabank rechtspersonen"
- Chose the link "francais" as the dutch database doesn't seem to work very well
- fill in the form: denomination: "Vertigo Belgium" and click "liste" which will give you a listing of all official publications of our company (6). The last one will say:

If you next click on the link "Image" it will take you to a pdf-file that is a copy of the document the notary had to send in to the official publication journal and in it (it is in Dutch sorry) you will see the name "Capaxis".

Only option 1 is an acceptable one for us. We base our review only on teh content of the website It would be helpfull if the old nl version of the website also has a message to redirect. Not only for us to make the change but think about all the people that bookmarked your site.
I have enough prove and the change will be processed. It can take a few days before you see the change at the public server.

Ok, Thank you. Will be little difficult for our webmaster to do changes right now as she litteraly just had a baby, but will see for near future.
