Please can someone tell me the status of http://www.clockandwatchfairs.co.uk which I believe I submitted to category:-
http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Antiques_and_Collectibles/Clocks_and_Watches/
So long ago I am not quite sure of the category.

You actually suggested it to the much more appropriate UK/../Antiques and Collectibles/Events where it's awaiting review. We can't predict when that might be. If it hasn't been listed in 6 months from today, please ask again in this same thread.

Thanks Jim - now I am the right track and know where to look.
OK - I've read the FAQ and various threads on the subject - but I'm sure it would be helpful to everyone if DMOZ could return an email acknowlegement when sites are submitted. Just my two pence worth.

There are many reasons why email acknowledgements are not sent. The question has been asked many times in this forum. If you successfully submit you should be sent to a confirmation page - save that page and bookmark the category page where the site was suggested too.
