There does not appear to be a reason in your guidelines that would explain your rejection. I am going to fix the problem and submit again. I don't want to waste another six months of your time or mine by guessing and possibly fixing the wrong thing. Would you please tell me why it was rejected?

We generally avoid discussions like this.

Why won't you get into a discussion about why you won't list my site?

"I am going to fix the problem and submit again." is a statement of intent rather than insight. Someone, somewhere made a decision and rejected the site. I had assumed the reason would have been either obvious or recorded. Since the "Site Submission Status" forum is not the proper place for this query, I'll try elsewhere for an answer.
