Could you please tell me the status of

It has been over 6 weeks and I do not remember what catagory that I submitted to except I know it was under

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm afraid there's not much I can do without knowing the category. I can't search all the Adult categories in any reasonable amount of time.
