Please note that this is my second request for status. I did not see any information in the forum guidlines regarding how long to wait before re-requesting a status update when no response is received.

Per forum guidelines it is proper to bump the request back to the top with a reply if it falls off the second page without an answer. I am sorry but I cannot provide you with the status, but someone will. We are currently receiving an unusual amount of status requests. Please be patient and bump the thread again if it falls off the second page.
