Your site is not waiting for review in that category and it seems it never was.

But I have found a submission of December 28th, which was sent to Shopping: Recreation: Outdoors. On January 26th it was forwarded to the more appropriate subcategory, Shopping: Recreation: Outdoors: Camping. It's waiting for review there now, along with a large number of other sites.
