The site has been rejected for affiliate Shopping content. Also Shopping is not the main_focus of your site.
Suggest submitting it to Recreation

To save me further embarrassment, could one of the editors or moderators please check to make sure that I am not already queued in some other category. I remember thinking about this a couple of months before the April 30th submission. I honestly cannot remember. (I know, I should have written it down!) Can anyone help me? I don't want to submit twice.

Sorry, but we don't have a possibility to see if a site is waiting review without you providing us the category.
Submitting twice won't bring you into problems.
