When was the site last submitted? You have to wait a month from that date before asking for a status update here.

If you honestly don't remember, come back and post to this thread again July 26th.

I can't remember exactly when it was submitted, as I didn't keep a record, but I think at least two months ago; certainly before mid May, as I've been busy with other things since then.

looking back at the category, I see that there is no editor listed (just 'volunteer ...').

Does this mean that:

1) there is no chance of getting my site listed until someone volunteers?
2) there is no likelihood that anyone will respond on current status?

(I would at least like to know that my site is in the queue for consideration.)

I also note that the appropriate regional section similarly has no editor; I was considering offering to assist with this one.

The forum FAQ contains usefull info

The presence or absence of an editor name means zero, an editor might be named, but went on vacation for 3 months and did no editing. I have reviewed thousands of sites in categories where there was no editor named.
