Just would like to know the status of www.financiallisting.com which was submitted about a month ago at http://dmoz.org/Business/Resources/Directories/ and please advice as to any action on my part.

The submission was moved to http://ch.dmoz.org/Business/Financial_Services/Directories - an editor felt it was not broad enough for the category it was submitted to. It now awaits review in this category

No, we can not give any estimate on a date for review - it depends completely on when a volunteer editor gets to the category to review sites.
