I've created a domain name for this site , what should I do?

Hello, Thanks for listing the above site, I could do with your advice please. I have now created a domain name for the above site, since geocities banners was affecting my code. In your guideline it prohibits having multiple sites with the same content, can the existing listing be replace with the new address?
The address is www.forsale-building.com, the content is EXACTLY the same as www.geocities.com/samosgym The other question is that the domain name www.forsale-building.com is set to forward to (using frame based forwarding) the site where the pages reside, I know in your guidelines, you state "Do not submit any site with an address that redirects to another address." does my domain fall under this category, if so, I need to rething my whole web-desing business!!!!
I look forward to your reply, the last thing I want to do is break any of your guidelines.

Regards
Philip

Hey,thanks for the reply, I have another stupid question for you!
I understand the part of either closing down http://www.geocities.com/samosgym or putting a redirect on it to point to the new site.
The part that is still unclear is why I can not use the domain name that I have registered: http://www.forsale-building.com . Is it correct for me to assume that I can not use my hosts domain name forwarding service to point the domain name http://www.forsale-building.com to the site located at http://www.samos-directory.com/host/universal/ ? If this is correct then the only way around this is for me to pay for http://www.forsale-building.com to have its own hosting package, so as there is no forwarding involved.

Regards

Philip

You can use whatever domain name you want, for whatever purpose you want, using whatever technology you want.

But we don't list redirector URLs. We list only a "real canonical URL" -- that is, where the site appears to be after all the symbolic redirection is done.

So -- use your redirectors if you wish. But only suggest the real site's home to the ODP.

We understand this is an inconvenience for some webmasters. But listing redirectors causes US too many major quality problems -- so we just don't do it.
