Hello, everyone. I would like to know the status of http://www.golden-nestegg.com/ for ODP category http://www.dmoz.org/Business/Investing/Funds/

When was the site last submitted? You have to wait a month from that date before asking for a status update here.

If you honestly don't remember, figure it was 10-14 days ago, and come back and post to this thread again July 14th.

You might like to bookmark it.

PS - I hate to be a stickler about the rules, but if we don't enforce them, we might as well not have them.

That's ok, bobrat. We can wait for around two years

Or we could just as easily try to become an ODP editor, but our request would probably get rejected, view that an editor is not allowed to have Web sites he is affiliated with, in his category.

Actually that is not true. an editor is allowed to have his own web sites, provide it is clear that he can edit without bias.

Than what can I do if I become an editor in http://www.dmoz.org/Business/Investing/Funds/ and have three sites?

My editing "career" would get ruined from the begining.

If you own all three sites, it's doubtfull that they would all be eligible for listing in the category no matter who was the editor. If on the other hand you were just the web designer, then that would be different.

If not, what can I say? Two years isn't such a long time.
