How to remove listing request

How do I withdraw listing request of helpdeskdemo.com from Dmoz. After going through the discussion thread, we are reviewing it again. We have also fired the web promotion company who was doing this work for us.
www.e11online.com is our partner, however both of these are very different business units. e11's focus is on the big enterprise customers and ours is in retail selling help desk software.
I am thankful to you for telling us that we have violated a policy. We are extreemly sensitive to dmoz's policies and would do everything possible for not violating the same.
