We have no easy way of knowing where it was submitted. You should look carefully at the ODP categories and decide where it should have been submiited, and someone could check there. My guess would be http://dmoz.org/Business/Healthcare/Healthcare_Management/ - but I don't really know the area in question.

Thanks! That category sure looks like a good place to get listed.

However, if the site was already submitted to a different category, and I re-submitted to that new category, would that affect my site? Is there punishment for such a thing? I understand that if it was already submitted for that category and I re-submit it'll drop the site to the bottom of the que, but I'm not sure where it was originally submitted so, what's the harm? Is there any?

Your site was submitted as http://HIPAAClickandComply.com/ on 18 Dec. 2002, and is awaiting review in the category mentioned above, with over 200 other sites. There is no need to resubmit.

If you would like to check on your site's status again, I suggest waiting 2 or 3 months instead of the one month in the Forum Guidelines, due to the large backlog in that category. If you do check back, please re-use this thread. Thanks!
