When was the site last submitted? You have to wait a month from that date before asking for a status update here.

Terry, I cannot say whether your site is listable or not. I do not have editing rights in either category. But, you can submit your site to the second Topical category, without affecting your Regional submission. Neither or both could be listed. But submitters can submit to one Topical and one Regional category if they are relevant to both.
