Since that category does not accept suggestions, could you be more precise - otherwise maybe someone will guess wrong.

A submission of January 17th is waiting for review in that category, along with a large number of other sites.

You may also suggest your site for the appropriate Regional category, probably Regional: Europe: United Kingdom: England: West Yorkshire: Leeds: Business and Economy: Computers and Internet: Web Design and Development. The two submissions will be reviewed independently, and in the end your site might get listed in both categories.
