Status of http://www.ioffer.ca

Please let me know the status of http://www.ioffer.ca, submitted to
1. http://http://www.dmoz.org/Shopping/Auctions/

I've submited my site a 3 times over the last year this is actually the first time that I remembered to keep the information as to where I submitted it. The previous times the auction category was not accepting submissions. This time it was and I submitted it on March 31 2005.

It is waiting there for review.

You can estimate how many other sites are in the pool by Googling for "auction". You can estimate any particular site's chances of being listed, by estimating the chance that a surfer would find his wished-for item at that site AFTER FIRST looking at ALL the BIGGER sites WITHOUT finding it.

Obviously, for 99.9% of all auction sites, chances of this happening are negligable.

I should have a pretty decent chance I would hope considering if you do any sort of ebay.ca search on msn.ca or sympatico.ca ioffer.ca shows up on the first page and also considering ioffer.ca is well indexed in by google. It makes it a lot easier to be a good site though if you are listed in the DMOZ
