Hmmm, you can see how a site like yours might take up a lot of an editor's time. Searching google on your lead text brings up quite a few other sites all showing the same content

The editor will then have to decide which of these sites is the mother, this will be one of the world ones and then whether or not the regional, individual country sites should also be listed, if so if any of them are already listed and if none are listed which is the appropriate one to list.
This takes for granted the decision on which category is appropriate etc.
Put all that time together and you are looking at a volunteer editor spending a good forty minutes just on your site.
So you'll just have to wait....
