I submitted http://www.lowcosthealthins.com to the directory on May 8th. I don't remember exactly which category I submitted to, but it was either this one...

http://dmoz.org/Business/Financial_Services/Insurance/Agents_and_Marketers/Multi-Line/United_States/Arizona/

or this one...

http://dmoz.org/Business/Financial_Services/Insurance/Agents_and_Marketers/Multi-Line/United_States/Multi-State/

Does anyone know the status of the submission?

Also, is there a setting in this forum so that I can be notified via email when someone replies to my post?

Thanks in advance!

Your submission has not been published. Without company information on your web site, it is difficult for an editor to properly list it within the category you submitted to.

Secondly, with as many affiliate links as you have, I doubt a reviewing editor will publish your site in it's present form.

I didn't even realize the company info wasn't on there. I'll get it added. Is there a limit to the number of affilitate links I should have on there? I thought I only had a few compared to most people. Should I remove them all? Will this help my site get listed?

Thanks!

Making sure that the site has plenty of info about your company is probably the most important thing you can do to get your site listed in a Business cat. After all, the site is supposed to be about your business.

As for removing all the affiliate links. It's not always required, but we need to see that you have your own business, and are just providing links to other businesses. If your business is earning commissions off of links to other sites, we won't list it.

Oh, I forgot...

Sure, just add it to your favorite threads. There's a link down in the extra information box at the bottom of each thread.
