I have found two submissions of http://www.madhunting.com/ waiting for review in that (backlogged) category. One is of August 28th, the other of September 4th. I have deleted the newer one and changed the URL on the older one to http://www.4jobseeker.com/, as that is where the given URL redirects to.

We can't say. You may be lucky and someone spends this afternoon processing all the submissions in that category, or they may be left for weeks. Unfortunately it's impossible to give timescales for reviews.

No, because there is no queue, only a pool. All submissions are on equal footing in terms of the review process because the list of sites pending review can be sorted in many ways.

then how many entries in the pool currently?
and by the way, I didn't see any editors listed under that
directory, does it mean no one is in charge there? or it
could be took care of just by some senior editors ccidently?
and I hope I didn't annoy you.

There are hundreds of sites waiting for review in this very general category. You can really say it is backlogged.

Although there is no editor listed in that category, the is editing activity. (Just not enough to clear up the backlog.) For example, the editor of Business: Employment is allowed to edit in all subcategories.
