Can you please check the status of our submission for:

We also produce software for the management of banks, trusts and funds. Is it permissable to list in that general area as well or should we depend on the metatags to sort the issue out?

I'm sorry, but it is not waiting for review in that category and I see no trace of it having been moved elsewhere. If you think that is the best category for it, resubmit it there! You may also submit to http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/Sweden/Uppsala_County/Localities/Uppsala/Business_and_Economy/ , since you undeniably have a local presence. That submission won't influence your submission to Computers/Software/Accounting/Small_Business in any way; you may end up being listed in both places.
