I can't tell you the exact status - but I would suggest you also send it to http://dmoz.org/World/Deutsch/Online-Shops/Fahrzeuge/Motorrad/Teile_und_Zubeh%f6r/ as the site is bilingual.

The german and the english version is not the same URL and there is no duplicated content on any of this two pages.
The german version http://www.kess-tech.de is listed on this german category already for 2 years. Is this a problem in order to be taken up to http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Vehicles/Motorcycles/Parts_and_Accessories/Engine,_Transmission_and_Exhaust/Exhaust_Systems/ ?

Why isn´t it possible to tell me the exact status?

It wouldn't even be a problem if it WERE the exact same content. That German site is absolutely useless to me, and I'm NEVER going to be surfing the German category to find it. On the other hand, not all Germans are as English-proficient as windharp -- they may find the English category equally daunting. So each language community reviews a site based ONLY on the content in that language, and its uniqueness with regards to other sites in that language, with no concern for what other languages it might have been listed under. A site in six languages can receive six completely independent reviews (any or all of which might result in listings.)
