You have a fairly good looking site but I see a few problems.
Your about us states: We are a licensed and bonded mortgage service provider with national coverage.
But no where do you show a business address or a phone #, I did see a fax #.

We do offer nationwide service. Do I need to submit to another category?

The addresses were buried in the site. I provided two addresses since a PO Box may be some concern.

Phone number: "You may call a certified mortgage reduction specialist at 913-402-9412. Business hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. We recommend using email or fax for all queries so you will have documentation of the response." on the contact page.
