Waiting review ... in a veritable red tide of literally hundreds of toxic pond scum affiliate programs, doorway pages, and other internet parasites...and perhaps even a few websites of genuine businesses offering actual unique retail services.

Thanks Motsa, I was not sure about the protocol or if it would be missed but will remember that in the future. I did receive a response aobut it waiting for review so at least I know it's there and seen, any idea on how long the process could take? (I know! everyone wants it done yesterday :))

I hate editing over there. I can only spot about half of the affiliate programs, so I mostly try to pour chlorine on the worst spots and let a professional gene pool cleaner actually list sites.

Figure on it taking a while, because the 200 sites waiting in that category are only a fraction of the many affiliate-health-doorways waiting not only in the immediate neighborhood, but all over the directory, from whence editors constantly ship them to Shopping/Health ... to wait longer for review.

At least you're in the right neighborhood.

Sorry for the late reply I did not receive an email notifying me of your response. Thanks for the feedback, at least I know I am there and I'm in line. Continue the good work of pouring chlorine on all those around me that are "illegitimate", maybe the line will get shorter!

Still waiting and there is no "line" per se. Editors can and do edit a category in any order they choose. Could be by date, url, title, or another way. There is no set way.

Because of the number of other sites waiting, I would advice checking back in two-three months for a status update. <img src="/images/icons/crazy.gif" alt="" />

Native, to answer the question you posed in the other thread, your site's status is unchanged. Still awaiting review, still with lots of others.

Just my luck, the site was down for a couple of hours last week (never fun, lost sales).

Still in line for review, I guess I will wait another month :-(

Another month has gone by and still not listed. I think it has been 4 months now?? Is there anything that can be done as I would think that my site would have been reviewed by now.

The submission from April is still there. There are a lot of sites waiting in that category, sorry to say.

The site will be reviewed when an editor gets to it; that's really all we can say. Please don't resubmit.

You're welcome to check back in a couple months. Thanks for reusing the old thread.
