It's not waiting for review there, I'm afraid. If you are sure, based on the category description, that that's the best category, you may resubmit.

No, we can't see where a submission is unless we know the category. I checked Basic_Service/N and it wasn't there either. There are no signs of it having been reviewed or moved, so either you submitted somewhere else, in which case your site will be reviewed when a colunteer editor gets to it, or else something went wrong with your submission. In either case, you can resubmit (once) to Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Designers/Full_Service/N.
