What does subject MOVED mean? I couldn't find

anything in the FAQ and I guess I'm wondering about the status of the submission?

The submission has been received and is awaiting review. If you don't see it listed sometime in the next six months, please feel free to return for a status update on or after 22 January.

Six months later and --- the message above was the status.

The status in 99.9% is going to be that, or Sorry the site was refused or The site was accapted and is in category ....

Sometimes the answer might be, something like - The site was down when it was reviewed, your suggestion was deleted - please resubmit.

There is nothing else we are able to tell you - please read the links below.

Do I wait another 6 months? The directory I submitted it to wasn't that large and I even offered to be a DMOZ editor but was denied as well. Help?
