I submitted http://nexgen101.com a few month back and it has not been indexed. Is there a issue with the site I need to fix? I submitted it again today before I found this nice message board.

Well, if you submitted it today, you need to wait a full month before asking aobut its status -- even if you submitted it previously. Come back on or after October 24.
