The submission has been received and is awaiting review. If you don't see it listed sometime in the next six months, please feel free to return for a status update on or after 1 March.

Oh my. I don't think you really want to know. It is still waiting for review and that review could come tomorrow. Really it could. But I rather suspect that the water will be cold and the soapsuds long gone before you see any sight of the site bobbing about on the surface.

I recommend the Archive Verbena & Lemongrass Tea bubble bath -The lemony sweet aroma of verbena mingled with peppery citrus lemongrass tea helps soothe nervous tension and dispel stress caused by submitting a site to a very popular category in DMOZ.

No, it's a don't know. You are welcome to come back as often as you like as long as there is more than 6 months between each request but that category is very popular. It could be listed tomorrow or it could take years and years, there is no way of telling. Personally I'd forget about it and if it does ever get listed it is a bonus. There is some nice stuff on that site so hopefully you should still be going when an editor gets to it. :)

It isn't a "no" and it isn't a "no, don't come back". It is rather just that some shopping categories get a very huge amount of submissions, which makes it less likely a site might be reviewed sooner rather than later. I don't think they meant anything at all towards you, so I hope you weren't offended ;) it's just a busy category.

Oh no, not offended. :)

Just needed a more clear anwser. So I'll just wait and wait and wait. Can I ask a question? Is that allowed? Would I be better off submitting to a different catagory or should I just wait it out?

And thanks oneeye.

You should submit to the one most appropriate category, and while I didn't review your site it does appear this is it. Your other option is to submit it to your regional locality if you have a brick and mortar...if you sell online only this is your only option. :2cents:
